Bylaw Enforcement Officer Induction Program
The Bylaw Enforcement Officer Induction Program is newly developed three-week program to develop Alberta Bylaw Enforcement Officers to be a strong part of the law enforcement continuum in Alberta. Our program will provide officers with the confidence to conduct a variety of enforcement, including unsightly properties, animal control and parking infractions. With the increased demand being placed on Bylaw Officers in Alberta, this course is necessary to ensure officer safety, communication and knowledge.
Our program includes:
- legal studies;
- defensive tactics;
- effective communication;
- baton training;
- unsightly training;
- animal handling;
- and scenario-based training.
Accommodations are included in tuition.
